PRODUCT PRESENTATION
JFOPT SFP28 25G 1310nm 20km LR LC DX光模块是一款专为双工光通信设计的高性能解决方案,支持25.78Gbps数据传输速率,采用SFP+ 20-pin接口实现热插拔功能,并通过I2C接口提供数字诊断监控;其内置双时钟数据恢复(CDR)电路显著增强信号完整性,该单模光纤收发器标称工作波长为1310nm——发射端集成符合Class 1激光安全标准(IEC 60825)的高性能1310nm DFB激光器,接收端则搭载光学封装集成的铟镓砷探测器前置放大器(IDP)并配合限幅后置放大器芯片,确保可靠高效的运行性能。
